Dischronie: Fashion beyond contemporary phenomena

The essay offers a broad overview of the dynamics relating to the birth, creation and production of goods in fashion and design systems, with a key to understanding the phenomena according to which many ideas derive from the social sciences and recent developments in economics. First, it recognizes the meaning of what is today defined as "contemporary", how fashion is the most evident example of contemporary representation, and its precipitation into a "solid color" expression, represented by multiple production models, local and global, artisanal and superindustrial, all within a single movement aimed at updating our society.
